I have tossed my parachute.
I am on free fall the rest of my journey.

Living Art & Estate Sale

I am preparing to depart on a new adventure. I will return, unless I meet my last horizon.  This journey requires that I divest myself of as many of my possession as I can, including my art.  When I return, I will return to very few possessions, with nothing new except for the experiences I will carry with me in my memories of the journey. When I do return it will not be to create more art. It will be to sit, walk, stand.

Oils on Board - Mounted on old wood.

Almost all of these are 8x10 oils on board and mounted on antique wood from an 1850’s home under renovation.  The Estate Sale price for each piece below is $100.00  This is not a business.  This is a "Living Estate Sale” of my artwork and other possessions.  I am not creating any more art work as of today Feb 14, 2o25.

Folk Art by Roy

"How many landscapes and still life paintings do we need, Roy? Create something that tells me who you are."  These words--said to me in 1998 by a kind gallery owner in Madison, Georgia changed my life.  Thank you,  Tante Alice.
